BSC volleyball raises $1,400 for Susan G. Komen Foundation

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - This past Wednesday evening, the Birmingham-Southern volleyball team hosted Miles College and participated in "Dig for the Cure", a nationwide initiative to raise breast cancer awareness and money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

The team asked students to come dressed in pink, and sold t-shirts at the match and solicited donations, raising $1,400 to be donated to the Komen Foundation.
