MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Following Saturday's 24-0
shutout of then #25 Centre College, Millsaps College placed two
members of its defense on the D3football.com Team of the Week.
Junior linebacker Will Hawkins recorded his fourth
consecutive game with double-digit tackles, picking up a game-high
10 (two solo) in the shutout win against Centre. He also added
a half tackle-for-loss and a 20-yard interception return that led
to a Millsaps touchdown.
Junior safety Kevin Peters picked off his
SCAC-leading sixth pass, and added six tackles and a breakup.
