SCAC well represented at NFHCA All-Star Game


COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - The SCAC had three seniors compete at the 2008 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All-Star Game Sunday morning at Ursinus College.

Teresa Johnstone of Centre College, Meredith Ellis of DePauw University and Claiborne Buckingham of Sewanee-University of the South all played well in representing the SCAC.

Centre's Johnstone scored her team's second goal of the contest.

In addition, Centre head coach Tom Hobbs served as co-head coach for one of the teams.
