SCAC Field Hockey Week 6 Recap - Rhodes picks up 2-1 victory over Hendrix

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - First-year midfielder Sarah Kennedy scored the Lynx first goal on a deflection of Hillary Relyea's penalty corner shot twenty minutes into the first half of play. Her goal was followed by a fast break score by first-year player Chelsea McLeod just 22 seconds later. Both teams battled evenly though the remainder of the game with Hendrix scoring with only a minute and a half to play. 

Rhodes out shot Hendrix 15-7 while the Warriors held a 9-7 advantage in penalty corners opportunities.
