Sarah Riffle, DePauw University, Field Hockey (Co-Offensive)
SARAH RIFFLE OF DEPAUW UNIVERSITY, a junior forward from St. Louis, Mo., has been selected as the SCAC Field Hockey Co-Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played Monday, September 15 through Sunday, September 21.
Riffle scored two
goals including the game-winner to help the Tigers improve to 2-0
in conference play. Riffle scored both of
her goals in the first half of the game and had six of the Tiger's
21 shots.
Riffle also
scored two goals against Lindenwood earlier this week for a total
of four and leads the team with eight goals for the year. The
Tigers are off to their best start since 2001 with a record of
5-1.
