During Sunday’s 2-0 win against Otterbein, Fechter struck for the only goal CC would need in the 29th minute on a penalty kick. He added an insurance goal in the 84th minute when he one-timed a cross from senior forward Daniel Wright into the upper corner on the right side.
It marked the sixth time in his career he has scored two or more goals in a game. Fechter leads the team with seven goals and 19 points and is tied for first with five assists and a pair of game-winning goals.
