Kulavic becomes SCAC all-time scoring leader


DANVILLE, Ky. - Oglethorpe University senior guard Katie Kulavic became the SCAC's all-time scoring leader in Sunday's 79-75 victory over Centre. Box Score

With 5:22 remaining in the second half and off an assist from Tina Grace, Kulavic drained a three-pointer to notch her 30th point of the game and 1,847th of her career - surpassing the career total of Tori Huggins (2003/04-2006/07). Huggins scored 1,844 points during her four-year career at Hendrix College.

Kulavic finished Sunday's contest with a career-high 33 points, sinking 14 of 17 shots from the field, as the Petrels locked up the East Division top seed in next weekend's conference tournament. She stands at 1,850 career points heading into the event.
