GEORGETOWN, Texas - After five seasons as the Southwestern University Head Women's Basketball Coach, Pam Ruder has stepped down to pursue professional opportunities outside the Southwestern University community.
SUWANEE, Ga. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference has partnered with Clear Marketing Concepts in developing a weekly online video production that will recap the week that was in the conference by highlighting the student-athletes, coaches and member institutions of the SCAC. MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Austin College senior Katy Williams, Hendrix College junior Christina Byler and Rhodes College senior Becky Atnip earned postseason recognition as the trio each earned a spot on the 2010 D3hoops.com All-Region teams, the website announced this afternoon.
SHERMAN, Texas – After 11 seasons on the sidelines at Austin College, head women’s basketball coach Deb Hunter is stepping down from that position due to health reasons. Hunter’s team recently completed a season in which it went 18-8 and she was named both the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and Russell Athletic/WBCA Region 5 Coach of the Year.
