SCAC Women's Golf Spring Recap - Week Five

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's golf teams competed this week.

Centenary College joined seven other teams for the Hal Sutton Invitational in Shreveport, La., earning a fourth place finish among the field. The Ladies were led by Jessica Varner, who finished in a tie for ninth place with a 36-hole score of 164 (+20).

Trinity University competed at the George Fox Westbrook Invitational, an event stacked with teams ranked in the nation's top 25. The Tigers took sixth in the field and were led by Emilee Strausburg who carded a 149 (+7) over the two round event.
