Trinity Women's Soccer Moves Up to No. 4 in NSCAA Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) released a new set of rankings Tuesday, and the Trinity University women's soccer team made a jump to No. 4.

Trinity, led by first-year Head Coach Dylan Harrison, opened up the season with a pair of dominant wins, defeating Our Lady of the Lake University 8-0, before taking down a nationally ranked Illinois Wesleyan team, 5-0.

The following weekend, Trinity posted a pair of 2-1 wins over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges and Sewanee.

The Tigers are currently averaging 4.25 goals per game, which currently ranks 18th in the nation. They have also allowed just two goals on the season.

Trinity will begin conference action this Sunday, facing off against the University of Dallas at home.
