BRITTANY GARR
OF CENTRE COLLEGE, a sophomore midfielder from
Louisville, Ky., has been selected as the SCAC Women's Soccer
Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday,
November 3 through Sunday, November 9.
Garr has scored the game-winning goal in
Centre’s past three match-ups against some of the top
programs in both the SCAC and South Region. Centre defeated
Maryville College and Trinity 1-0 as well as Southwestern in
overtime 2-1.
Garr has helped to lead the way for the Colonels
who won their final five games and received a Pool C bid into the
NCAA Tournament.
