LIBERTY CHANIN OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a freshman from Irving, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week for performances during meets swam Monday, January 6 to Sunday, January 12.
Chanin led the Austin College Women’s Swimming team to a fourth-place finish at the Austin College Invite last Saturday. She posted a second-place finish in the 500-freestyle, coming in with a time of 5:30.42. Chanin also added a sixth-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle after posting a time of 2:06.37.
