GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Women's Golf traveled down to Kerrville, Texas to compete in the Schreiner Shootout tournament hosted by Schreiner University. The tournament was intended to consist of 36 holes over the course of two days, but unfortunately was called early due to high winds forcing the tournament to only take round 1 scores. The Pirates finished tied for fifth place out of ten shooting a single round of 333.

The Pirates were led by junior Sloane Panter who fired a round of 80 (+8) where she finished in 16th place. Behind her with a 21st place finish was junior Isabella Valenzuela who shot a round of 82 (+10). Next in 25th place was junior Rachel Harris who finished with a round of 83 (+11), after her was sophomore Mackenzie Brown who shot 88 (+16) putting her in 39th place. Finishing in 62nd place and rounding out the Pirates tournament five was sophomore Ava Knez with a round of 101 (+29).
