Jackson Rennie poured in a game-high 25 points, knocking down 9-of-15 shots overall and 5-of-9 from long distance, and Price Bradley added 23 points, 10 rebounds, and a pair of assists in the loss. Kidus Getenet came off the bench to chip in 16 points, and Duncan Pearce hit 4-of-5 shots to add eight points. Ozarks had a balanced scoring attack, with all five starters reaching double figures led by 21 points from Eric Gooden.
Ozarks used a big advantage on the offensive glass, bringing in 16 boards to eight for the 'Roos. That led to 21 second chance points for Ozarks, who also dominated in the paint with a 58-to-30 scoring advantage. The Eagles also hounded the 'Roos into 18 turnovers while giving it away only 10 times themselves, resulting in a 22-to-7 edge in points off of turnovers. The 'Roos are back in action on Tuesday when they head to Shreveport to take on Centenary College.
