KINGSLAND, Texas - The Concordia Texas women's golf team competed at the two-round Texas Legends Cup, hosted by UMHB. A trio of Tornados in Paige Zehner, Samantha Miethke & Hailey LeMaire all participated.

Miethke fired first-round score of 82 (+10) and was in 26th-place after the first round but withdrew before the start of day two play. Zehner improved by five strokes as she fired a two-day score of 90-85-175 (+31), while LeMaire capped off the tournament at 88-91-178.

Concordia Texas will now have two weeks to prepare for the final tournament of the semester at the Abilene Intercollegiate on October 21-22. The Tornados will play at the Cypress Bend Resort in Many, Louisiana.
