Clarksville, Ark. - The men's swim and dive team opened the 2024-2025 season Friday afternoon against Rhodes College with the Lynx winning 235-43.  
 
In the 1000 free, Nathan Jennings placed third with a time of 12:08.88. In the 200 free, Tyler Hamrick was fourth (2:06.13) and Scott Harrison was fifth (2:18.60). In the 50 back, Alan Ramirez was fourth with a time of 33.05. In the 50 breaststroke, Adrian Diaz was fifth with a time of 36.29. In the 100 fly, Logan Basham was sixth with a time of 1:14.08.  In the 50 free, Harrison was fourth (26.88) and Ramirez was fifth (29.02). In the 100 free, Jack Lopez placed sixth with a time of 54.73 and Tyler Young was seventh with a time of 1:03.01. In the 100 back, Hamrick was fifth with a time of 1:05.41 and Ramirez was sixth with a time of 1:13.87. In the 100 breaststroke, Ethan Spillers was fourth with a time of 1:06.18. Adrian Diaz was fifth with a time of 1:22.87. In the 500 free, Jennings was third with a time of 6:04.98. Harrison was fourth with a time of 6:35.81. In the 50 fly, Young placed sixth with a time of 29.87. Basham was seventh with a time of 33.26. In the 200 IM, Spillers was second with a time of 2:12.41. Lopez was third with a time of 2:24.89.  

The Eagles will host Austin College and Hendrix College October 12.
