Crusaders Fall To Yellowjackets at Home

IRVING, Texas -- The Crusaders took on the Yellowjackets on Wednesday in Ed Maher Athletic Center. Dallas was down early and continued to battle to keep it close for most of the game. Dallas would string together a few runs and even take the lead but the Yellowjackets strung together runs of their own. Three Crusaders ended up in double-figures in point totals in the 78-64 loss, Adryan Alvarez led all scorers with 20 points.

The Crusaders (0-3) offense was shooting 41.2 percent from three and going 65.0 percent from the line on 17-of-26. LeTourneau managed to shoot a rare 50+ percent from three which can be insurmountable for any opponent.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Isabelle Chevalier grabbed 11 boards and had 10 points
• Adryan Alvarez went 11-of-14 from the line and had 5 dimes
• Alyssa Sullivan had 14 points and 8 rebounds
