nd-ranked Colorado College women's cross country team placed seventh among 25 Division III teams at the prestigious Augustana College Invitational Saturday morning in Rock Island, Ill.

Singer paced the Tigers with a 23
rd-place individual finish, covering the 6K course in a time of 21:59.5. Accetta was close behind, finishing 25
th in 22:02.6.

The Tigers finished the meet with 204 points, just ahead of 18
th-ranked Calvin University with 205 and No. 11 Hope College, which finished 10
th with 218. SCAC foe Trinity University placed 13
th (356 points). The six teams that finished ahead of Colorado College are all currently ranked in the top 26 in the nation, including four in the top 10. Kassie Parker of Loras College won the individual title with a time of 20:00.1.

Alison Mueller-Hickler, the final scoring runner for the Tigers, placed 66
th with a time of 22:49.3.

"Our team just keeps getting better every meet," head coach
Alex Nichols said. "Having eight runners under 23:00 is fantastic. I think this result will send notice that the CC Tigers are ready to compete at the national level."

The Tigers return to action on Saturday, Oct. 29, at the SCAC Championship Meet in Georgetown, Texas.
