The Centenary men's basketball team fell 89-78 to the University of the Ozarks Eagles on Wednesday night in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference opener for both teams at the Gold Dome.

Shreveport - The Centenary men's basketball team fell 89-78 to the University of the Ozarks Eagles on Wednesday night in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference opener for both teams at the Gold Dome.
The Gents (1-6, 0-1 SCAC) lost their fourth game in a row and dropped to 1-4 at home while the Eagles (6-1, 1-0 SCAC) won for the fifth-straight time and are 4-0 on the road this season.
Centenary returns to action on Friday for a non-conference matchup with the LeTourneau University YellowJackets in Longview, Texas at 7 p.m.
