Crusaders On The Road One Last Time for 24-25 Season

IRVING, Texas – The Crusaders faced tough competition on the road this weekend, falling short in both matchups. Offensive struggles plagued Dallas in the first game, as the Warhawks only allowed 8 points at half for the Crusaders. However, the team showed resilience in their second contest, leading in the first and sticking close at the half 28-33. Dallas would need this kind of scoring performance and stout defense to fend off the Tornados. Concordia would slowly pull away coming out of the break and never look back.

Senior Guard Adryan Alvarez with 12 points, 3 boards and 3 assists would go on to eclipse the 1000 career point milestone against the Warhawks.

HIGHLIGHTS

  •  Alyssa Sullivan led the way with 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists in the second game.
  • Adryan Alvarez contributed 15 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals.
  • Aaliyah Jones added 7 points and 7 rebounds.
