The Colorado College men's swim and dive team stole a win and tie out of a double dual on Saturday in Orange, CA. 
 
The Tigers downed Occidental 222-77 and tied with Chapman 150-150 in some competitive competition in sunny California. 
 
Jack Hussin collected the most points of any CC swimmer throughout the day with two second-place individual finishes in the 100-yard freestyle (47.27) and the 200-yard freestyle (1:44.44). 
 
Edmund Davis had two individual victories in the distance events. The sophomore outpaced the field in the 500-yard freestyle (4:54.31) and 1,000-yard freestyle (10:13.08).
 
Logan Browne finished right behind Davis in both events. Browne touches in 4:56.26 in the 500 free and 10:23.03 in the 1,000 free. 
 
Collin Ralston dominated the breaststroke events, earning wins in the 100-yard (59.70) and 200-yard breast (2:11.45). 
 
First-year diver Wyatt Wellehan led the field in both diving events. He placed first on the one-meter board with a score of 326.25 and the three-meter board with 332.45 points. 
 
"We had a great meet today, with really close and challenging competition," head coach Anne Goodman James said. "This is only the second time in my coaching career that things have ended in a tie. The divers gave us a great start to the meet, winning both boards. Logan Browne was exceptional today in the distance events and really swam with intention from the beginning." 

CC will return to action next weekend to host the CC Classic starting on Friday, Jan. 19, at Schlessman Natatorium.
