"I'm very proud of both teams today," said Head Coach
Emily Daum. Our men had more All-SCAC finishers this year compared to last. Our top three were the closest gap they've all season. Eli also ran amazing. He's been out for the last month and ended up finishing as our fifth runner earning his first ever all-conference award! Our women truly had an amazing day! We finally had our full force of women competing today and they did not disappoint. We had a very close gap of only 12 seconds separating our 1-5. We also had three more all-SCAC runners this year compared to last. Both teams put up an amazing fight in tough conditions. We're looking forward to Regionals in two weeks!"
Speaking of Regionals, both Tiger teams will return to action for the NCAA Regional Championships, which will be held Saturday, November 11, at the Riverside Cross Country Course in Riverside, Calif. The men's race is set to begin at 9:00 a.m. (PT), followed by the women's competition at 10:00 a.m. (PT).
