SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Southwestern fell behind early and were never able to recover as they fell 9-1 to the University of Dallas to end their run in the SCAC Championship.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Dallas scored four unearned runs in the 1st inning with Savala's three-run shot doing most of the damage.
- Both teams had seven hits, but Southwestern's three errors that led to four unearned runs was more than the Pirates could overcome.
