Pensacola, Fla. - The men's swim team went to Pensacola, Florida, for a meet held at the University of West Florida and competed against Anderson University on January 5.

The Eagles lost to Anderson 168-66.

In the 200 medley relay, the Eagles swam a 1:52.84. Wiley Grantham won the 1000 free with a time of 11:40.51. Isaiah Dial swam a 2:02.58 in the 200 free for third place. Tyler Young posted a time of 34.60 in the 50 breaststroke for second place. Ethan Spillers placed second in the 100 fly with a time of 58.49. Nathan Jennings placed second in the 50 free with a time of 25.39 and Grantham placed fourth with a time of 28.90. Jennings was second in the 100 free with a time of 55.05. Young was third in the 100 back with a time of 1:15.66. In the 500 free, Grantham was third with a time of 5:42.71. Dial won the 50 fly with a time of 27.30. Spillers won the 200 IM with a time of 2:21.02 and Young placed second with a time of 2:42.87. The Eagles posted a time of 1:43.38 in the 200 free relay. 

The Eagles will head to Sherman, Texas, for the Austin College Invite January 13.
