he Centenary softball team completed a three-game series sweep of the University of Dallas Crusaders on Sunday in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play, winning 6-2 to extend its winning streak to eight games at the UD Softball Facility.
Irving, Texas – The Centenary softball team completed a three-game series sweep of the University of Dallas Crusaders on Sunday in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play, winning 6-2 to extend its winning streak to eight games at the UD Softball Facility.
The Ladies (14-11, 9-8 SCAC) swept a doubleheader on Saturday, winning 3-0 in game one and 9-1 in five innings in game two over the Crusaders (7-24, 3-18 SCAC).
The Ladies' winning streak is their longest since March 16-24, 2019 and Centenary has also exceeded both its total number of overall wins and conference wins from last season with 14 games remaining in the regular season, of which 12 are league contests.
