NICK ROSE OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a senior guard from Lakewood, Colo., has been named SCAC Basketball Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, November 22 through Sunday, November 28.

Rose averaged a double-double with 19 points per game and 11 rebounds per game to go along with three assists per game, four steals per game and one block per game in two wins during the week. He shot just under 43 percent from the floor (15-of-35) for the week.

In the Tigers’ 82-53 win over the University of Dallas, Rose scored 16 points to go along with a career-high 14 rebounds for his fourth career double-double. He became the 32nd player in school history to reach 300 career rebounds and just the 10th player to record 300 rebounds and 1,000 career points.
