TODD WARD OF OGLETHORPE UNIVERSITY, a sophomore forward from Venice, Fla., has been named SCAC Basketball Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, November 24 through Sunday, November 30.

Ward led Oglethorpe to a 2-1 record including making the game-winning shot, with one-second left on the clock, against Maryville (Tenn.).

Ward averaged a double-double, averaging 17.3 points and 11.3 rebounds per game during the week. He also averaged 3.7 assists per game and 1.7 blocks per game.
