MARQUIS BROWN OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, a junior from Refugio, Texas, has been named the SCAC Track Athlete of the Week for meets held through Sunday, March 26th.
Brown ran to the top of NCAA Division III in the 200 meter dash with a time of 21.52 seconds at the McMurry War Hawk Classic.
Brown also anchored the men's 4x100 relay (41.90) to a win. That relay currently sits in third place for Division III. The time in both events are school records and league leading marks.
