SARA NEIL OF
SEWANEE: THE UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH,
a first-year swimmer from Decatur, Ala., has been selected the
SCAC Women's Swimmer-of-the-Week for meets swum from Monday,
January 18 through Sunday, January 24.
Against Transylvania, Neil won three individual
events, including two in unrested lifetime bests.
She won the 200 fly (2:13.20), 100 fly (59.61), and the 400 IM
(4:49.07) and swam the fly leg on the winning medley relay (50 fly,
27.41) as Sewanee defeated Transylvania 159-127.
