ASHLEY WARD OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a freshman from North Richland Hills, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women's Co-Swimmer of the Week for all meets through Sunday, November 22nd.
Ward won the 100 backstroke with a 58.93, finishing in front of Peyton Slater of UTPB and Robyn Remschel of McMurry. That time is currently ranked 23rd on the NCAA Division III best times list.
On Sunday, Ward won the 200 backstroke setting a new Trinity school with a time of 2:05.03. That time is currently ranked 6th nationally on USA Swimming's database for Division III.

Junior Alex Morris of Southwestern University won the 1650 breaking her own school record with a time of 18:21.37.
