Located 65 miles north of Dallas, Sherman is the county seat of Grayson County, Texas, and boasts a population of 38,521 residents. It is also one of two principal cities in the Sherman-Denison Metropolitan Statistical Area. With a vast array of parks, places of worship, shopping and dining, Sherman has much to offer residents and visitors alike.
Dedicated during Homecoming on October 21, 2000, the stadium seats 2,500 and enhances the west side of campus. This summer, the stadium underwent a $3 million dollar renovation that saw the addition of a new turf playing surface, new lights and a new fitness track. Additional seating was also added on the visitor's side of the field.
