Located 65 miles north of Dallas, Sherman is the county seat of Grayson County, Texas, and boasts a population of 38,521 residents. It is also one of two principal cities in the Sherman-Denison Metropolitan Statistical Area. With a vast array of parks, places of worship, shopping and dining, Sherman has much to offer residents and visitors alike.
Hughey Gym, and Jim Rolfe Court, is the site of all home basketball and volleyball games at Austin College. Located inside the Robert T. Mason Athletic-Recreation Complex, intramural basketball and volleyball games are also played there as well as other events, including physical activity classes.
