WARREN TAYLOR OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a first-year from Newtown, Pa., has been named SCAC Men's Golfer-of-the-Week for tournaments played through Tuesday, February 23.

Warren recorded a 2-over 74 Monday for a 147, and a tie for third place. Taylor was five strokes behind the winner, Aaron Flores (142) of Our Lady of the Lake.

Trinity finished in second place by shooting a final-round 309, for a 613 total at the Sen. Eddie Lucio Collegiate Golf Invitational from the South Padre Island Golf Club.
