QUIN GATTEY OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a freshman from Portland, Oregon, has been named the SCAC Track Co-Athlete of the Week for meets held Monday, March 28th through Sunday April 3rd.
Gattey ran his first 400 IM hurdles race at the CSU-Pueblo Track Invite and placed 5th amongst Division I and II competition. He ran a personal best of 57.79 which ranks him 2nd in the SCAC. He also ran on the teams 4 x 100 meter and 4 x 400 meter relays .
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Junior Barton Holdridge of the University of Dallas was a part of two school record relays in the 4x100m and the 4x800m with times of 44.39 to finish 6th and 8:23.36 to finish 3rd respectively.
