CLAY BOND OF SEWANEE: UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH, a junior from Atlanta, Ga., has been selected the SCAC Men's Cross Country Runner-of-the-Week for meets run through Saturday, October 1.
Bond led Sewanee to victory this past weekend by winning the Tiger Twilight Invitational. Bond finished first among the field of runners on the hilly home course. His time of 26:50 was his best for the Sewanee course and his fastest time of the season thus far.
