SUWANEE, Ga. - The conference office has posted a new podcast on the SCAC Blog, a part of our new SCAC Interactive page. Make sure and visit the blog for interviews with players and coaches around the league.

Four of the Six spots have been claimed for the 2009 SCAC Softball Championships less than two weeks away hosted by Trinity University. DePauw and Rhodes have clinched a spot in the Eastern Divison while first year program Southwestern and Hendrix have clinched spots in the West. On this weeks podcast we will bring you up to speed with conference standings as well as begin to paint the picture of what the SCAC Championships are looking like. We will also scan the Top 25 as the SCAC continues to compete at a national level.

The Conference office also had a chance to talk with SCAC Player of the Week Liz Vaughan of Hendrix, DePauw Head coach Bonnie Skrenta and Trinity head coach Nicole Smith.
