SAMANTHA YENNEOF TEXAS LUTHERAN
UNIVERSITY, a freshman righthanded pitcher
from Lake Jackson, Texas, has been selected the SCACSoftball
Pitcher-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, February17th
through Sunday, February 23rd.
Yenne earned her first collegiate win
last week,getting the start and throwing five innings while
allowing just onerun on two hits against Mary Hardin-Baylor to give
Texas Lutheran asplit in the two game series.
Yenne struck out two and walked a pair.
Sheallowed a run in the second inning and then proceeded to only
allowone hit for the rest of the game.
