LINDSEY LONGUET OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a freshman pitcher from Missouri City, Texas, has been named the SCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week for games played through February 12th.
Longuet went 1-1 on the week, posting a 1.70 earned run average over 12.1 innings of work.
In a 6-1 win over Millsaps College, Longuet went 7.0 innings and gave up just one unearned run while striking out 14 batters.
On the week, Longuet gave up three earned runs, while striking out 18 batters.
