MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Colorado College junior guard Becky Luetjen was named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week for week two of the 2010-11 season, the website announced. Luetjen was the only Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference player named to the team this week.
Luetjen averaged 21.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 3.5 steals, and 3.0 blocks while leading Colorado College to a 1-1 record. Luetjen tied her career high with 29 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the Tigers to a 69-52 victory over previously unbeaten Nebraska Wesleyan on Sunday. She also had four assists, four steals and four blocked shots against the Prairie Wolves.
