KATHRYN SHELDON OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a first-year diver from West Chester, Pa., has been selected the SCAC Women's Diver-of-the-Week for all meets swam from Monday, November 1 through Sunday, November 7.
Sheldon posted a big win on the 1-meter board
last Saturday in dual meets against Texas-Permain Basin and
Incarnate Word. Winning her first board in collegiate competition,
Sheldon edged out All-American teammate Hayley
Emerick (SCAC conference Champion on the 1M three years
running) with a score of 246.15 to 244.55.
She also came back with a strong third place finish (222.75) on the
3-meter, behind teammates Emerick (285.85) and Ruth Hahn
