LYDIA JONES OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a junior from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, has been selected the SCAC Women's Swimmer-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, November 11.
Jones had a great day leading her team-mates to a win over the University of Texas at Permian Basin.
Jones anchored Trinity's winning 200 medley relay (1:52.07) in the opening race, and then went on to record an individual hat trick by virtue of wins in the 50 freestyle (25.38), the 100 freestyle (54.38), and the 500 freestyle (5:15.28).
Every performance puts Jones at the top of the SCAC best time’s leaderboard for the current season.
