TIARRA GOODE OF BIRMINGHAM-SOUTHERN COLLEGE, a sophomore from Huntsville, Ala., has been selected the SCAC Women's Track Athlete-of-the-Week for meets conducted through Sunday, March 25.
Goode competed at the Emory Invitational this
past weekend and finished first in the 100-meter hurdles (14.51),
second in the 100-meters (first among Division III participants)
and set a new school record and personal record with a time of
12.15.
She also placed third in the 200-meters (first among Division III
participants) with a time of 25.44. All times put
Goode in the top 5 in each event nationally.
