CAMERON
PEAVY OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, a
6-0, 202-pound senior wide receiver from Houston, Texas, has been
named the SCAC Football Offensive Players-of-the-Week for games
played Saturday, October 5th.
Peavy caught 11 passes for 216 yards,
two shy of the TLU single-game record, which he holds, and tied the
school record for touchdowns in a game and touchdowns receiving in
a game.
Peavy shares the total touchdowns in a
game mark (4) with three other Bulldogs. Peavy is fourth in the
nation in receiving yards per game and seventh in receiving TDs per
contest. He caught four of the six touchdowns thrown by his twin
brother, Brent Peavy.
