JAMIE WILLIAMS OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a senior shortstop from Humble, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Softball Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, February 9 through Sunday, February 15.

Williams is leading the Tigers in most offensive categories to start the season, though the team stands 0-4 after the first two weekends of play. She tied a school record with five hits in the season opener against Concordia (TX), and she is already the school’s record-holder in numerous single season and career offensive categories.

Williams is hitting .563 (9-16) with two runs and four RBI so far this season, cracking two doubles and totaling 11 bases.
