SHAY WOMACK OF RHODES COLLEGE, a sophomore from Marietta, Ga., has been named SCAC Men's Golfer-of-the-Week for tournaments played through Tuesday, April 6.

Womack shot 72-75 =147 to win Medalist honors by three shots at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational played in heavy wind conditions on Friday and Saturday April 2nd and 3rd.

Womack and his winning performance helped Rhodes to a second place finish in the 25 team 125 player field.
