SUWANEE, Ga. - In exclusive voting by the head coaches of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, Colorado College's Ted Castaneda was named SCAC Men's Cross Country Coach-of-the-Year and Centre College’s Lisa Owens was selected SCAC Women's Cross Country Coach-of-the-Year.
Colorado College won its fourth SCAC men's cross country title in five years - led by 2011 Men's Runner-of-the-Year Jackson Brainerd, who won the individual title with a 25:46.84 finish. (26:37.47), Graham Frank (26:51.70) and Kaleb Fergin (26:55.30)
also posted top-14 All-SCAC times by finishing fourth, sixth, 12th
and 14th, respectively. The CC Tigers finished with 57
