Cross Country - Week 4
It was a lighter week in SCAC Cross Country last week with just four programs in action, highlighted by Concordia, Dallas and Schreiner competing at the Mountaineer Hill Country Invite and Ozarks racing at the Rhodes College Invite. Schreiner took home third on the women’s side and fourth in the men’s race at their home competition, while Ozarks claimed seventh in the women’s race at Rhodes and ninth in the men’s race. Football - Week 3
We are going into the final full weekend of non-conference action before the calendar turns to October and SCAC play beings. Last week, Texas Lutheran secured the lone victory in non-conference action with a late touchdown drive to defeat Southwestern in a thriller. Non-conference competition continues this weekend with four squads in action, all at home, as TLU tackles ETBU, McMurry squares off against Howard Payne, Lyon hosts Westminster and Hendrix takes on Rhodes. Golf - Week 2
The fall portion of the SCAC golf schedule continued last week with six men’s programs in action and three women’s teams hitting the links. On the men’s side, Dallas took home sixth to lead all SCAC squads at the Rhodes Fall Invite, while LeTourneau finished 18th out of 24 teams at the Division III preview. Men's Soccer - Week 4
The opening weekend of SCAC Men’s Soccer action is on deck with six fixtures scheduled on Friday and Sunday. Friday’s schedule features St. Thomas (4-0-1) visiting Schreiner (1-7-0), Dallas (0-5-1) hosting Hendrix (1-2-1), Centenary (2-3-2) traveling to McMurry (2-4-1), Colorado College (3-0-3) welcoming Ozarks (1-4-2), Concordia (2-2-1) at LeTourneau (1-2-3) and Texas Lutheran (2-3-1) going on the road to face Austin College (1-3-1). Women's Soccer - Week 4
It is the opening weekend conference play in the SCAC with five fixtures scheduled for Friday and five more on Sunday. The action gets underway with Dallas (1-5-0) hosting Hendrix (2-3-2), Centenary (1-5-1) visiting McMurry (2-3-1), St. Thomas (3-1-2) traveling to Schreiner (2-3-1), Austin College (3-1-1) welcoming Texas Lutheran (2-2-0) and LeTourneau (5-1-1) opening league play at home against Concordia (0-5-2). Volleyball - Week 4
SCAC Volleyball opened up conference play last weekend highlighted by Hendrix (8-1, 2-0), St. Thomas (12-1, 2-0), Colorado College (9-3, 2-0) and Schreiner (8-3, 1-0) all remained perfect in league play.
