Trinity led all SCAC schools at the event, finishing in second place, just one shot behind McMurry (Texas) University. The Tigers had rounds of 305 and 297 for a team score of 602 (+26). Sophomore Holden Wisener had another stellar outing, shooting a 68 on Tuesday to card the only sub-70 round of the day. He finished in second place individually with his two-day score of 145, falling short of the individual title by two shots. Sophomore Daniel Nunez also posted a top-five finish with scores of 73 and 76 for a 149 (+5). 

Southwestern finished in sixth place in the 12-team field with rounds of 306 and 309 (+39). Sophomore Christian Rodriguez was the lone Southwestern golfer to finish in the top 10 with a score of 151, shooting a 76 in the second round. 

Dallas' Robbie Evans posted a top 10 finish (tied for ninth), helping lead the Crusaders to a seventh-place finish - 12 shots behind Southwestern. Evans fired rounds of 73 and 79 for a two-day score of 152 (+8). 

Rounding out SCAC schools at the event, Texas Lutheran finished eighth (+56), St. Thomas was ninth (+61) and the host school, Schreiner, finished 12th (+85). 

At the LeTourneau University Pinecrest Invitational, Centenary College's Richard Polan tied for top honors, coming from three shots back in the final round, to finish with an even par score of 213. His opening round 68 tied for the best round of the tournament. The sophomore lost in a playoff on the fifth hole for medalist honors. As a team, Centenary finished in fifth (900; +48) in the 12-team event.
