Southwestern's Haskell Earns Women's Swimmer of the Week Honor

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Southwestern University junior Emily Haskell have been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Female Swimmer-of-the-Week, respectively, for Week Seven of the 2013-14 Women's Swimming & Diving season. There were no divers nominated.

 

 

 

 

SCAC WOMEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Meets through Sunday, December 8th

EMILY HASKELL OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a junior from Austin, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women's Swimmer-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, December 8.

Haskell finished in the top five in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:30.57) in a fast pool that featured the NCAA-II defending national champions, Drury University.

Haskell's time was a season best for the junior as she also helped the 400-yard freestyle relay team grab a top five finish as well.

Haskell also added a top 10 finish to her resume in the 100-yard breaststroke on Friday finishing sixth with a time of 1:10.09.
