NEW ORLEANS, La. - Five Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) women's cross county teams were honored as 2011 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic teams, the organization announced.
Centre College, Colorado College, Rhodes College, Southwestern University and Trinity University were each named as All-Academic Teams.
To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have had a cumulative team GPA of 3.10 or better through the 2011 Fall semester.
